Hi, I'm Jeff Morin

Jeff Morin has been a resident and home owner in Huntington Beach for nearly 30 years. He and his wife Linda have been married 21 years and have lived in their northwest area Huntington Beach home for the past 20 years. As an active community member, Jeff currently serves as Vice Chairman of the City of Huntington Beach’s Jet Noise Commission. This commission’s intent is to reduce the negative impact of air traffic created by recent FAA changes, resulting in increased noise, emissions, and safety concerns for our Huntington Beach community.
Jeff is also actively engaged in various business and community organizations throughout Orange County and currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Anaheim-Cypress, and the Executive Board/Immediate Past President for Coastline College Foundation. His past service includes the Board of Directors for Girls Incorporated of Orange County, Anaheim Chamber of Commerce, Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce, Tustin Chamber of Commerce, and the Strategic Advisory Board for the Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce – Orange County.
With over 40 years of corporate and field experience in telecommunications to his credit, Jeff worked his way up through the ranks while completing his Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree and finally an Executive MBA. His early career started as a field technician and progressed to engineering, operations, global contract negotiations, national corporate procurement (with a budget responsibility in excess of $600 million annually), and finally to Public Affairs where he served the Orange County community.
Over the last dozen years of his corporate career, Jeff was responsible for community relations and legislative public affairs throughout Orange County while working closely across party lines with local, state and federal elected officials to improve community infrastructure and service throughout Orange County. Additionally, during Jeff’s tenure he was the corporate liaison for telecommunications within Orange County’s Emergency Operation Center to ensure public safety and infrastructure stability during disaster situations.
Since leaving corporate life, Jeff and his wife Linda own and manage their own business specializing in emergency planning and disaster management and work closely with educational institutes, municipalities, and public safety agencies throughout Orange County and the State of California.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University, and an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
